Issues
Minor printer marks
Our products are printed and assembled by hand at our local studio. Our items potentially may have tiny marks that do not impede the usability or function of the product.
Major printer marks
For significant issues, please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days of delivery), and refer to the process below.
If you notice a logical error or invalid text (e.g. incorrect calendar dates), please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days of delivery), and refer to the process below.
If your item(s) is found to be faulty, defective, or the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days of delivery), and refer to the process below.
Your order will be packed with care, and protected with bubble wrapping, a rigid shipping box and a weather-resistant mailer bag.
Once your package is shipped, PAPERICOT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. We advise to save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim.
Please also contact us with the details, and we will attempt to help resolve the situation. We would like to see happy and satisfied customers!

Currently, we do not offer returns for change of mind - unfortunately as a small business we aren't able to offer this yet.
Return & refund process
If your item(s) is found to be faulty, defective, or the incorrect item, please contact or email us (hello@papericot.com) within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue(s).
We will work with you to reach a resolution to your satisfaction, and may offer either a cover up solution (e.g. stickers), a voucher of equal value, or a full refund.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, you will then be requested to mail back your item, within 14 days (from email confirmation at our end).
After we receive and confirm the faulty product, refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
Return shipping will initially need to be at your expense, however, once we have received and confirmed the faulty product, shipping costs can be reimbursed to you (please keep your receipt). If the product is deemed to be not faulty, you will then need to pay a shipping & handling fee for the item to be return to you.
If your return causes your original order to fall beneath a free shipping threshold or promotional discount that you have used, the shipping fee will be reduced from the refund amount.
If we ship out a replacement item, we will cover the shipping costs.
All refunds are made at the discretion of PAPERICOT.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges (for any reason). If you have an issue with your product and you would like a different item, it will need to first be processed as a return. Please contact us for further assistance.
