Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping only in Australia, for all orders over $69 AUD.
We are working hard to bring a free shipping offer for our international customers, please stay tuned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please see details (including shipping countries and cost estimate calculator) at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 7 business days processing time, before shipping.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your shipping time is indicated by which shipping service you select and pay for.
We recommend allowing the following timeframes:
- Regular shipping within Australia – allow up to 3 weeks
- Express shipping within Australia – allow up to 1 week
- International shipping – allow up to 3 weeks
These are expected timeframes but can be delayed by circumstances outside our control (e.g natural disasters).
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a physical product (faulty item)?
If your item(s) is defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, and photos of the faults attached. After assessment, we'll work with you to offer a refund or replacement.
We cannot issue a replacement of refund after 14 days of delivery.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and returning the item to us will need to be at your own expense. We will cover the shipping fee for a replacement item(s).
Can I return or exchange a physical product (change of mind)?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason. Please choose carefully. :)
